Chef Viraf Patel sent around a really interesting link on Facebook today. Time Magazine has done a piece called What the World Eats, Part I featuring what’s on family dinner tables in fifteen different homes around the globe. Photographs by Peter Menzel from the book “Hungry Planet” (must have been fun to stack all those provisions.)
Cool eh?
