Oba's got it going on!

Risha Acharya and Raja Dhody’s rocking club Oba has been seeing a fair amount of celebrity action lately. Last week Upen Patel was spotted there, on Friday night Sunny & Anu Dewan made an appearance and on Saturday night Abhishek Kapoor (aka Gattu), Gautam Kapoor (aka Gomzy), Diya Mirza and Niketan Madhok were spotted having a good time.
I also hear that on Friday (which is a dry day for stand alone nightclubs in Mumbai/Maharashtra) Oba will be open and serving cocktails as usual since they have the Rs.6 lakh ($12,516) license to run a club inside hotel premises, unlike stand alones which pay around Rs.3 lakhs ($6,258) which means all the clubs in hotels like China House, Bling etc will be on too. But pretty much all of South Mumbai will be dry except Dome (Intercontinental Marine Drive) and Oba, plus they play hip-hop, so I guess that’s where I’ll be. :)
