Turns out it was her birthday party and needless to say the place was packed with celebrities who mostly stuck to the dress code, and came in their brightest best. Shorts, tank-tops, spaghetti straps, floral dresses, sandals, even khadi bags made the cut. Only Karan Johar showed up in serious formal-wear and Rohit Roy and Anu Malik clearly have never been invited to a beach party before. Surprisingly though, no one off the massive guest list dared to wear a bikini. (So I guess Rakhi Sawant wasn’t invited then?) To fit the theme, Ekta’s Juhu residence, was decked out along the lines of a Goan shack, turned into mini-Goa with umbrellas, beach beds and Bebinca.
