Centrestage: John and Bipasha with Rocky S. at Fashion Week!

I had such a great view at the Rocky S. menswear show on Sunday night that I could barely concentrate on the very “Twilight” collection and man-bags on display. But you can hardly blame me. Not only was his front row filled with celebrity eye-candy I had the perfect vantage point to catch Bipasha Basu watching adoringly as her beau John Abraham made a super sexy showstopping appearance.

But check this out, Rocky S. (clearly well-connected) had Katrina Kaif, Diya Mirza, Ekta Raheja, Kehkashan Patel, Bipasha Basu (I told you they were BFFs) and Sophie Chaudry flanking the ramp. The funniest five minutes before the show always involve; 1. Celebrities shmoozing, posing, giggling and air kissing (like in this case Manish Malhotra came by to play catch up) 2. A smug exchange of smiles on the faces of all the other “almost-famous” front benchers, and 3. Kishen Mulchandani hovering around the big fish hoping to be photographed with them and potentially score a seat alongside which he clearly wasn’t assigned! Here, take a look..

And all that even before the show’s begun! Eventually everyone pretends to watch the show (mostly still eye-ing the celebrities up front) and nods appreciatively. Classic.

And yes, it was exactly that dark and pretty Gothic (How weird is this OD of Twilight in my life btw? Thank God I finally finished all the books, now hopefully I shall sleep.) Ooooh and I almost forgot to tell you! Carol Gracias made a pretty kick-ass comeback (after her wardrobe malfunction remember?) that night too!

This was my favorite part, watching Bipasha Basu looking at John with total love, you can’t fake this and now I officially don’t (and also don’t want to) believe any rumors about them having had any trouble at all. Thank God he also had better sense than to try anything funny like a certain Mr. King on the ramp and just smiled at her shyly as he walked by. Awwww.
Like I said after the show wrapped in like 20 minutes we were back in the lounge and once that wrapped we ended up at China House. I ran into one of my favorite DJ’s Clement D’Souza (who spins there now) and this hilarious model from the show offered hours of entertainment doing some really alien moves! P.S. Somebody alert the fashion police, what was he wearing?!

Loved this post! You certainly caught the mood – loved reading about John-Bips (my fav. couple), but wish you had also commented on why Katrina had such a pained expression on her face! Oh, and John looked absolutely delicious!

This turned into quite valuable – in the beginning I did not agree with this but in the end it turned out astonishing. Effective for every single man and woman … if you find that this data was not enough, read through it once more and you will definitely see. My sex life simply erupted – speechless!!
