It’s been a busy two weeks in Bollywood, Imran Khan got engaged to Avantika Malik, Sudhir Mishra discovered his entire unreleased movie starring Soha Ali Khan and Neil Nitin Mukesh was leaked onto YouTube and Shilpa Shetty had more on her mind than the IPL bidding on Tuesday, yup she finally registered her marriage to Raj Kundra at the registrar’s office!

Oh and Shilpa’s in the news again this week for apparently being snubbed by Slumdog princess Freida Pinto at the Louis Vuitton store opening also attended by Genelia D’Souza, Shamita Shetty, Deepika Padukone, Lara Dutta, Malaika Arora, Preiy Zinta, Dia Mirza and Sameera Reddy. I’m told both Shilpa Shetty and Freida Pinto are both hugely popular in the UK and perhaps that’s where their rivalry stems from (Shilpa rose to fame after her Big Brother win, Pinto recently shot with Woody Allen for a film set in London). While the shutterbugs were going ape-shit Freida kept her distance from the Bollywood brigade and when a photographer requested Frieda to pose with Shilpa for a picture she politely refused saying she didn’t have enough time. A source says, “It was evident that Freida wasn’t too comfortable with the attention she was getting. There was a conscious attempt on her part not to be clicked with B-town actresses. When asked to pose with Shilpa she just turned it down and moved the other way.” It was only in the group photo that both Shilpa and Freida managed to share a frame. Shilpa laughed off the incident saying, “Who is Freida? I don’t know about her throwing a tantrum but as far as I know nobody asked me to take a photo-op with her. I was asked to do one with the entire group and I did that. I have no problems posing with anybody.”

And finally, just a little something to crack you up; you must have heard about Salman Khan’s penchant for duplicate dollies from Aishwarya Rai to Snehal Ullal and Katrina Kaif to Zarine Khan right? But check this out; Salman says,“Nobody knows Katrina better than me and I’m telling you guys, Zarine does not look like Katrina.”
Sure, whatever you say.
