DJ Pearl Rocks the Smirnoff Experience! \m/

Last Saturday night the Smirnoff Experience made a comeback at the Renaissance, Powai after a two-year hiatus. Nikhil Chinapa, DJ Pearl, Jalebee Cartel (did they play? I didn’t see them…) and Cosmic Gate kept the house hopping. (In fact the base was SO loud that we had our own version of Jurassic Park going with a plastic cup & some vodka tonic!) Apart from the circus-like woman-on-stilts and random gymnast in the hallway (which the boys seemed to enjoy very much) I really liked the “DJ worship” console set-up on stage and by far my favorite DJ of the night was Pearl (aka Nikhil’s better half) clearly the most talented desi female DJ of our times, props to you girl – you rock! \m/

…And then there was Sandeep!
At some point I came out to find two of my friends in splits about something, when I asked what the told me (amid guffaws) that apparently one of them was approached by a fellow who introduced himself saying, “Hi I’m Sandeep. I’m a male escort but for you it’s *FOC.” Ummm what?! Is this what boys are saying these days? And I shudder to think, does it actually work? I tried desperately to get a picture of Sandeep but alas he had eff-od off.

Hahaha I wasn’t actually that drunk just running away from being filmed! But turned out to be a fun video :)
Used the same ‘ol Flip! I think it depends on the lighting etc.. this came out well because we had enough light to shoot!
