With an endless choice of dresses and party-wear out there it’s no surprise we often draw a blank on what to wear for New Years Eve. There are so many trends in fashion now-a-days that it’s becoming hard to stand out in a crowd. So I asked Sue Castellino (MissMalini’s official assistant Fashion Blogger) to put together some tips, depending on the city you’re in for the upcoming New Year’s Eve celebrations. Since Bombay, Delhi and Goa are the most happening destinations, she came up with some fab tips to look stylish – but weather appropriate and even threw in a style tip or two for the boys. Bombay Belle

If you’re in Bombay this New Year’s, think Sexy Spring. Go backless or  show off your shoulders in a one-shoulder dress. Team it up with some  bangles and a lightweight jacket.
Men should dress casual with a formal  twist, opt for pants or a suit in an interesting and unusual fabric.

Delhi Diva

Delhi is freezing and the best way to be stylish and warm  is to layer using different textures, colours and styles.  Remember to pair it up with black stockings and a faux fur jacket for a  chic look.
Men should go for a more formal approach, wearing suits is  the best way to do this. Try going for suits with interesting details  and cuts.

Goa Girl

It’s always fun to be in Goa during December, instead of being  casual try going for a more polished look. Frilly short dresses in fun  prints or  a printed jumpsuit add an element of casual to the mix.
Men  can look super hot in white and linen, it’s the best way to stay chic  this new years.
