Yup. it’s contest time again folks! MissMalini got some great goodies from the front rows at Fashion Week and instead of keeping them, we thought our readers would like a shot at winning them! Tresmode also offered to give out a pair of shoes just like the ones the models wore; some of the funkiest shoes out there in fact (not just the uber high heels for the women but also some fashionable men’s shoes!) Hi, I sat and tried to thin this list of songs from my itunes out but still ended up with five, so you can pick one i guess i picked them mostly because the beats are interesting, funky and some are techno and would be comfortable for the model’s pace.:)

I always wondered why the designers lay so much importance to their music on the runway. Always wondered could music make or break the show? Doesnt music distract attention from the clothes?
And then..I witnessed Lakme Fashion Week this season! :) And I finally realised the music wid Runway fashion is simply creamable..! :) And never does the music detract from the clothes – it only enhances them.
My personal Choice for Catwalk will be – “Lady Gaga – FASHION”

i think a really defining song would be Jennifer Lopez’s ‘Mile in these shoes.’ Apart from being a song with a great beat, the lyrics are fab and explain how women manage to handle, with poise, every problem the world throws at their feet. [ten million men can't walk a mile in these shoes]
also i would love to do a little salsa move in those awesome pink and black pumps on any runway in the world.
