New York based designer Diane Von Furstenburg (ex-wife of Prince Egon Von Furstenburg and good friend of Vogue’s Anna Wintour) will have you parade in floral patterns in spring 2012. At the recent New York Fashion Week, DVF (as she is better known) showed off a line full of bright floral prints to add that dash of colour to your spring wardrobe.
Best known for her signature wrap-dresses, Diane has explored jumpsuits, dresses with asymmetrical hemlines and even calf-length shift-dresses for the next fashion season. She has kept the silhouettes simple and allowed the prints to speak for themselves. We can see them being a sell-out when they hit the stores next year.
