Team MissMalini scored an exclusive interview with the lovely Pallavi Sharda who plays Radhika in the film Love Breakups Zindagi that released today. When I arrived at her Bandra apartment, she had the LBZ soundtrack on loop. We quickly settled down to do the interview where we discussed many things, such as her character in LBZ, what she thinks about “true love”, and the many languages she knows (watch the video to see her say, “Hi, my name is Pallavi Sharda and you’re watching me on MissMalini.com” in three different languages!)

We shot the interview (and took this picture) with her sitting on the headboard of her bed! ;) Pretty unusual location to do an interview, but I loved the pictures in the background and Pallavi just hopped on there like it was no big deal. That’s what I liked most about Pallavi, I think – she exudes this fun, laid-back vibe which is evident even in the way she’s decorated her home.

Like her place? I liked it; you can see she tried to “make it her own.” I even really liked the boomerang in the background – she picked it up in Australia, where she’s originally from. You can hear her Australian accent during the interview, but the cool thing is that when she speaks in Hindi, it’s completely unaccented and totally authentic. Which is nice to see; I’ve been getting tired of the recent slew of actresses who can’t speak Hindi but are around because they can look pretty. Thankfully, Pallavi can do both!

I knew i was in love (this time fo real :p), when i realized he is the man I’ve been reading about in books. Yes he is the man from all the crazy stupid love stories we have been reading. Things have never been so perfect :P ….

♥ When I fight with him, I usually make up within a few hours and always agree that nothing is more important than us being able to express our true feelings (even if they sometimes cause conflict)
♥ I am more yourself when with with him than with anybody else
♥ Its a non obsessive worry

My stomach does somersaults when I see him
I hang up the phone and realize I’ve been talking to him for 4 hrs n it’s 2a.m but I’m not sleepy :D
I’m always smiling and cheerful
I can be myself around him :)

Love for me is…
When you start understanding each other, not necessary all the time but yes most of the time for sure! you just know that you’ll click the moment you get answers to your doubts… and even if you dont.. alike thinking always makes you feel way wayyyy better!
Its when you feel like dressing up and getting ready to meet that person everyday irrespective of your mood and how your day was cause you know at the end when you meet him/her… you just get relaxed.. and feel much better.
Its basically that connection between two being which gives rise to alot of talks, sharing goods and bads along with fun, happiness, crazy times, bad times, break ups and patch ups, being concerned and at the same time being understood as insecure (which happenes.. i know.. it does :P ) EVERYTHING I GUESS!
It feels really good to be in love! (I do not mean obsessive love..but just that simple feeling :-] )

i know m in love coz every second thought of mine is of him..
i stand infront of the wardrobe thinking what wil he like today
i keep my hair open in the sweltering heat coz he loves it that way
i m a vegetarian now even though i love eating the yummy chiken biryani coz hez a vegetarian
my eyes open to his message wishing me the loveliest morning everyday!
although m 20 i knw i cnt walk 2 steps straight without holding his hand.
his face flashes across everytime i do something good n brings a huge smile on my face
i get up every morning with a hope of meeting him in college
there are so so many things to say but i cnt write them al down..bt m truly madly n deeply in love :)
