You’ll find my Facebook Wall here.

2.) 1 L’Occitane En Provence Gift Set
3.) 2 Jean Claude Biguine Complimentary Manicure Gift Vouchers
4.) 1 Body Shop Gift basket

And why, you must be wondering, are we suddenly all wearing pink to work on a whim? (Well if it were up to me that would be a daily thing but…) the deal is; it’s all in aid of a special initiative for Breast Cancer Awareness Month! Get it?

This 21st October 2011, the Ogaan Cancer Foundation and the ELLE Breast Cancer Campaign (that MissMalini always  supports) kick off their newest program by inviting companies to go  casual for a cause. Simply wear pink as a mark of support for the fight  against breast cancer. Because by convincing enough people to take one  small step, together we can reach an incredible goal in awareness  building since early detection is the best prevention possible.

Sonam Kapoor, the brand ambassador for the Ogaan Cancer Foundation, says: “It is my privilege to be associated with the Ogaan Cancer Foundation and play a part in spreading breast cancer awareness. Everyone seems to know someone with breast cancer – I lost an aunt to it. Detecting cancer early is the only way to fight and that requires awareness about tests and a healthy lifestyle. I’m very happy to support the OCF team on this very special initiative, as they continue to show earnestness and a sense of dedicated purpose. I hope I can make a difference in my own way.”

Archana Pillai, Director Ogaan Cancer Foundation, says: “With the Wear Pink to Work Day program, we hope to reach a new target audience for our message, and raise awareness among men as well. After all, we know women are often self-sacrificing, putting their own needs last. And this is true when it comes to health decisions too. It’s time for us to acknowledge that a woman’s health should be a family priority too.”

More than 40 corporate houses such as Apeejay Surrendra Group, Barclays, Bank, BBC Worldwide, Bharti Enterprises, The Walt Disney Company, HSBC, Infosys, Jubilant Bhartia Group, Network 18, Park Hotels, Swiss International Airlines, Tech Mahindra and of course Team MissMalini will participate to show solidarity and create awareness for breast cancer among their employees. I hope you will too 🙂 xoxo
