Ever since her marriage Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has been a bit of a shrinking violet, which is why when I saw this quote, albeit from years gone by, it was most intriguing. I think it’ll be a fabulous book, documentary or what have you. Can you imagine India’s sweetheart, Ash, spill the beans on all things concerning her life? Well for now, we shall just have to wait till the day she does decide to talk about it all.

I would like to read the backstory of a “bad” girl. Aishwarya is such a yawn. Besides which I do not think the Bachchan Family Machine will allow her to write anything without heavy handed censorship.

I always hate when people like AnotherKiranInNYC write about Ash like the Bachchans have some sort of hold on her.
When Aish got married everyone had her quitting movies. The had her marrying a tree. They said all kinds of things about her pregnancy.
None of its true. Seems to me Aish makes her own decisions and the Bachcahn’s seem a fairly liberal family.
You would never know it from the way some people talk of them.

Sandy, ppl talk that way cos deep deep down they’re jealous of them.. a happy family living together.. one of the prettiest face in India gets such a good family and loving husband.. whereas other actresses have just went on to marry rich businessman who got divorced to marry these actresses…yes there must be things not perfect in her life..but whatever she has right now she deserves it!

I think that book will sell like crazy. Anything with Aishwarya’s name sells.But this is so not like her to write a book revealing all of her personal life. Imagine the backlash she’ll get from Salman fans and the industry if good forbid she spoke the truth about how Salman was abusive to her.
