The craziest gift I have ever given to my valentine has to be a hand-made cartoon made by me, where she is slapping me. (This actually made her realise her mistake and our bond of love grew stronger)

  7. sonal Says:

Well, I had prepared a book which had “101 REASONS” Why I love you. It had all that what my heart wanted to say, funny, simple, serious and all that i would have not said on his face. It was cute and beautiful because it had Mickey and Minie mouse pic on every page as a watermark and our pic on main coverpage and the booklet was tied beautifully with red ribbon. Also along with this i gave him a small bottle which had seven capsules with small note placed in each capsule. So seven days of valentines, he was suppose to open one on each day. I had wished him on that :)

  18. Risha Says:

    Hi Miss M,

Today was my first visit and I seem to be addicted on day 1 itself!! I am enjoying it.

I had gone on an official trip to Karaikudi (a small town futher to Madurai). The place is famous for cotton. So I went shopping and after having picked some seven sarees for myself, just to avoid the self indulgence guilt (as I hardly wear sarees and also the number of them that I picked), I looked around for something to cover-up the extra baggage that I would take back.

And voila! I found something that would allow me another seven sarees. With great relief I picked up the special gift for my dear husband and returned home on Valentine’s night. (great coincidence!)

I had rightly predicted his liking for the gift but could not estimate the love and attachment he would display towards it. He would wear it each night, night after night and not stop praising it a bit. It turned out be his constant companion for a sound sleep, even more comforting than anything else.

I think I have created suspense enough for everyone. So just ending this long story.
I had picked up a cotton lungi (men’s wraparound) for him in his favourite color – blue. Though the gift was not expensive but it was something he was not expecting.
The lungi is still as dear as it was on day 1.

  19. Nidhi Says:

My hubby is a huge…I mean HUGE fan of Jerry Seinfeld so on our first V-day after getting married I gifted him a box set of Seinfeld DVD’s (all episodes in 24 DVDs). I had someone at work who was coming back from a business trip in the US so I had him pick them up for me since the DVDs arent available here. Hubby opened his eyes on V-day to Seinfeld blaring loudly from the TV and wondering why the show was on at that time/what channel/what the heck?!!! Hahaha…He still treasures the gift – 6 years on…and we always go back to watching the episodes on rainy Sunday afternoons…after all what is love if it cant make you laugh?

  20. Zenani Says:

A few years ago, I gave my then boyfriend (now husband) a soap dispenser to be mounted in the shower….I bot it online. he cracked up when he opened it, and he more than LOVED it!!..doesnt sound whacky??well it was a soap dispenser in the shape of boobs, where you squeeze to dispense shower gel :D

  21. Nalini Desai Says:

  22. Sadhna Verma Says:

Well this is surely the craziest gift I have even given. I gifted Viagra to my husband on my first Valentine’s after marriage. Unluckily, I got sick on the day of Valentine’s and doctor prescribed me anti-biotics which made me sleep all the time. My husband was so furious but we still laugh at it now that how he had Viagra and I was sleeping.

  23. Sukanya Banerjee Says:

okay so its like HE actually kept his life at stake for me while doing a gift, which was that he took my pictures randomly(about which i had no clue,i mean d pics) then he attached the pen-drive full of my pics into the LCD while setting up projector light, two cameras on tripod stand n colored lights . with all this he clicked himself while doing different poses with my photos on the LCD screen( what an idea :)n those were lovely as ever),To my surprise all this setup was done in his parents room, which after sometime he found that parents arrived n were knocking, he managed everything just for me(OMG)! THEN i gifted him all the photos he made by framing them and i captured this moment just like the way he did n that too same way in my parents room!So this was the craziest n loveliest moment n gift of mine n his life….!

  24. Shivani Says:

I want my valentine to take me to the most beautiful romantic location by a hill side where there is no one except me, him and a soft breeze… There he should have planned a candle light dinner under the star studded moonlight filled open sky and make me eat the most delicious dinner cooked on his own and at the end of the dinner place a beautiful self written love proposal written with chocolate sauce on chilled icecream

  25. ZI Says:
