The Domestically Challenged Desi Bride Contest – Chumbak Magnets
Q: Where, apart from your fridge, would you stick your magnets? Post your answers in the comments below & win these super-cute magnets from Chumbak!
These magnets are great to brighten up any fridge, but we thought why limit yourself to a kitchen!? I have an old Godrej cupboard in my bedroom, that would look totally re-vamped with a bunch of these Chumbak magnets. Give us your most creative magnetic answer and you could win yourself some!
Whenever I have to gift something to my friends overseas, I always look for Indian kitsch products; they’re cute and perfect for any type of person. Chumbak does these incredible printed cups, mouse pads, laptop cases and even boxers. Like we’ve said before, their products have a whole lot of life, with funky colours and prints, that are India focused. I think it’s great that they have city specific magnets like the ones MissMalini is giving her guests – Goa magnets that are a great reminder of her wedding!
Psst! Check out the Pink Maharani Boxers - the print is to die for! I recently gave a girlfriend of mine the pink Maharani boxers, and she wears them to sleep every night!

My close friend, a European, is “magnet-crazy”. She has some kind of a rule that whichever country she travels to, she just HAS to get a souvenir from there. She has visited India just once for 2 days officially and unfortunately, could not manage a souvenir due to lack of time. And I would be more than happy if I could send some for her..These Chumbak magnets look typically desi and would be just purr-fecto for her !
