Fashion is all about being thin. Karl Lagerfeld has even gone to the extent of saying that he would never design clothes for fat people. And the late Duchess of Windsor, Wallis Simpson, was even famously quoted for saying, “You can never be too rich or too thin!”
And taking pride of place on Day 1 at Lakme Fashion Week in Mumbai was a lady wearing a t-shirt with the words “Skinny Bitch”, splashed across it!
