Well, Sheila fans will want to rejoice – Katrina Kaif will turn Sheila once again for an upcoming documentary directed by Zoya Akhtar.
Zoya’s doing a docu-film on 100 years of Bollywood cinema, and thought the track Sheila Ki Jawani best described the glamour-obsessed Bollywood industry – therefore, that will be the title of her film.
The documentary is apparently about a boy who is a big fan of item numbers and wants desperately to meet Sheila in real life. The film will be made using footage of the already-shot song, and if further footage is required, they will re-shoot the song. Katrina confirmed her involvement in the project, so this should be interesting to see – for some reason, I am still obsessed with this song (don’t judge me).
