Most people adopt dogs as pets, mainly because people believe that cats are not as attached to their pet parents as dogs and are considered disloyal.People think cats give out negative energy and are not good to have around women or children. In fact, none of this is true!

At the Kitten Camp yesterday, out of 63 registered kittens, 38 made it to the event of which 21 kittens found loving homes. These kittens have been rescued from the streets by people who nursed them to health themselves or left them in the care of a registered NGO. They even rescued a kitten and helped her recover from paralysis. Few were found dumped in plastic bags, some abandoned and malourished – all part of the camp where they were rescued, nurtured and ready to find themselves new homes.
