The two Yashraj girls Anushka Sharma and Parineeti Chopra are battling it out for the lead role opposite Imran Khan in Punit Malhotra’s next flick produced by non other than Karan Johar himself. The role requires a hardcore middle class Punjabi girl who has lots of attitude and will have great chemistry with Imran.Since Anushka and Parineeti are both Punjabi they are quite excited to compete. Anushka might just lose out because she’s already working with IK in Vishal Bharadwaj’s and they may not case her wit him again… BUT Karan wants both the girls to audition for the part before they take that final call!
