After creating magic with Slumdog Millionaire and 127 Hours, AR Rahman is once again partnering with Danny Boyle, this time to compose a song for the London Olympics opening ceremony. Here’s what Rahman posted on his Facebook page:
So the track will be a Punjabi one to celebrate the Indian influence in Britain – and considering that A R Rahman is composing it, I have no doubt it will be fantastic. Can’t wait to hear what they come up with – are you excited?
PS, the London Olympics will be held from July 27th to August 12th!
