Shahid Kapoor is no stranger to taking lessons for his films (he had earlier taken flying lessons for Mausam), but this is the first time he’ll be taking language lessons!
For his upcoming Yash Raj Films venture directed by Maneesh Sharma, Shahid apparently plays a middle class Marwari boy, and will therefore be undergoing a 10-12 day workshop to learn the language and the finer points of the accent. This workshop is said to be held in mid-July, after which the cast and crew will head to Jaipur to begin filming.
His co-star in this film will be Parineeti Chopra, who he’s pretty friendly with – they’ve known each other since she did the marketing for his previous YRF flick, Badmaash Company. Are you looking forward to this film?
