With a record breaking 86 designers participating it’s going to be a week filled with crazy colours, intricate embroidery and beautiful textures with a whole lotta drama. Each day ends on a high with Pallavi Jaikishan, Wendell Rodricks, Anita Dongre, Sanchita Ajjampur (one of my favourites!) and the Grand Finale designers Pankaj & Nidhi and Kallol Datta showcasing their collections. Aside from seeing these shows I’m really excited to see Priyadarshini Rao, Shivan & Narresh, Pia Pauro, GaGa and Shift. Über stylist/designer Pernia Qureshi will also debut her line at LFW – and if what she stocks on her site is anything to go by, I know we’re in for a good ride. The “Talent Box” also looks likes a good place to head for some new looks.

If you can’t manage to procure a pass, fret not. LFW is keeping up it’s tradition by live streaming all shows on its site. So while MissMalini and I are counting the days to this extravaganza, stay tuned for some more coverage. It’s going to get exciting!
