Outfitted in a neon bandeau top with a black lace skirt, she set temperatures soaring. A sleek ponytail and pink lips completed her look. I love the bright colour, it highlights her bronzed skin. Love the skirt/flats combo, but neon anything is overbearing, and yellow is the least flattering of neon colors. She’s lucky she has a complexion that can handle it.
