It isn’t everyday that John Abraham discusses grooming and fitness, so when he does, everyone listens up! (I mean just look at that body, wouldn’t you believe the guy?)

On Friday in Delhi, John was endorsing one of his favourite products, the Philips Men’s Groomer, which according to him is the epitome of men grooming (as far as products go) and it’s USP is that it is so easy to handle that it can even be used in the shower! John Abraham, in the SHOWER? Now there’s a picture you wanted in your head :) *lol*

The star who dreams of living (and dying) with a six pack stressed on the importance of being fit and always keeping your body in shape. Ask him for tips and he says it’s a combination of good food, good sleep and a good exercise routine. He loves his food but at the same time is careful to eat right and have no cheat-days in his diet. He tries to include more outdoor activities into his life and likes to keep changing his routine to avoid making things too monotonous.

Although he gives credit to Sanjay Dutt and Salman Khan for motivating the youth of India to hit the gym, his own inspiration to get fit came from none other than Sylvester Stallone after watching Rocky! (Oooh, Remember our Sly birthday post?)
