There’s been a drastic change in Alia Bhatt since she was first introduced to us by Karan Johar in a poster for Student Of The Year, sometime last year (above).

The chubby girl has grown-up and looks like a diva now, as evident from the new poster he released last night at 12:30am (below).

The grapevine has it that Alia has wanted to be an actress ever since she was four-years-old. And to grab the female lead role in this film, Karan packed her off to a dietician and she lost almost twenty kilos.

No wonder she looks like a drop-dead-gorgeous diva now!

She does not look fat before at all, in fact I think she looks better before. She looked cute, fresh and innocent before and now she looks like any other random clone. The red lips definitely do not suit her.

i agree with phoenix. i donot understand the necessity of portraying a college student as one of the many cloned girls of the “glamour world”, overweighed with piles of makeup instead of putting her through as a fresh face and making her look real for a change.

Wow, I loved her look in the first poster, the second one though, with it’s bad styling and unnecessary photoshop, I can’t.
