One of the collections I was looking forward to the most was Pia Pauro, and she didn’t disappoint. Set to the beats of pulsating Latin music models sashayed down in brightly coloured ensembles.
With a heavy dose of tribal or rather aztec prints, jumpsuits, kaftans and minis reigned supreme. Super cute beach bags that would feel right at home in Goa or St. Tropez were the key accessory.
The make-up too was equally glamourous, red statement lips, sleek locks complimented the clothes that made us dream of summer holidays. I love the addition of the sombreros, it gave a decidedly Mexican flavour to the resort collection. As I mentioned before, Monica Dogra was Pia’s showstopper. The actress/model walked down wearing a funky on-shouldered silver jumpsuit. I love this collection, I have my heart set out on so many pieces. I hope some Bollywood stars pick up some ensembles. I can totally see Genelia D’Souza, Priyanka Chopra and Poorna Jagganathan wear this collection. Do you like the collection as much as me? Let me know.
