As India was busy celebrating Rakshabandhan, 2nd August 2012 turned out to be another milestone achievement for team b:blunt. It was the launch of their second Salon in Vasant Vihar, Delhi. b:blunt mini turned out to be just a phrase, considering the salon is two stories high and well spaced enough to accommodate a large pamper party! The first floor is purely dedicated to hair treatments, while the second floor is all about beauty and pampering.
The entire salon team wore matching b:blunt tees while Adhuna Akhtar looked chic in a long balloon dress, adding a one-sided feather earring, self designed nose ring for the Indian tadka, retro glasses, “blunt hairstyle” and black ballerinas.
Osh Bhabani and Brent Barber played perfect hosts, interacting with the guests, the media and even dropping some styling tips for those who approached them.
The party was a fusion of pampering, serious styling treatments, peppy music, posing for the cameras, interviews with the media and lots of congratulations over the new launch. There was a special “mini bites” menu consisting of a traditional french cheese platter with wine as well.
The b:lunt team seemed excited about their second launch in Delhi, and so did the Dilli-wallahs, who poured in for serious styling sessions and an unforgettable launch party.
