The upcoming IndiaInternational Jewellery Week (IIJW) which will be held at the Grand Hyatt Hotel this Sunday will see a number of celebrities walking the ramp at the inaugural show.
This will be to raise funds for Sonali Mukherjee, a young victim of a horrific acid attack in Jharkhand and it’s being put together by the Gitanjali Group and Gr8 Magazine for the NGO, Beti.
Beti is a movement against female foeticide and atrocities such as acid attacks, dowry and woman literacy. It is supported by Anu Ranjan, President – Indian Television Academy, and her daughter Anushka, who also plays a major role in the workings of the NGO.
This spectacular presentation will showcase the outfits of designers Vikram Phadnis and Madhurima Nigam who have also come forward to support the cause.
