This Latino beauty makes men literally weak in their knees – whether it’s her sexy accent, or her buxom figure. Salma Hayek puts the sex in sex appeal. She might be hitting 46 but that hasn’t stopped anyone from lusting after her. Born in Mexico, Hayek moved to the United States in her teens. She’s acted in many films such as Desperado, Wild Wild West and my personal favourite, Fools Rush In. She’s married to François-Henri Pinault, head of the luxury group PPR which owns brands such as Gucci, Alexander McQueen, Stella McCartney, etc. (Yeah, imagine the freebies) I’ve rounded up my picks for her best looks on the red carpet.

1) In Gucci

Last year at Cannes, she wore a Gucci Première strapless champagne coloured gown that showed off her svelte figure. Certainly a head-turner! No wonder she shot to the top of the best-dressed list!

2) In Alexander McQueen

It’s not easy to wear some of Alexander McQueen’s runway collections, but Salma pulled this tricky digital-print dress from the Spring 2010 collection so well.  I wish she returned to that bob hairstyle… it looked so chic on her.

3) In Bottega Veneta

How many are pulling off the matchy-match look? Not to mention crystals on the dress that give anyone a flutter! Luckily, Hayek shows us how’s it done by choosing accessories from the same colour palette. Fantastic!

Also an honourable mention is her Emerald green Gucci gown she wore at The Puss in Boots premiere.

Which has been your favourite look of hers?
