While Katie Holmes‘ stealth filing of divorce papers might have caught everyone off-guard, Tom Cruise included. Now, new reports have emerged that their marriage was over 6 months prior to her filing papers.

According to Radar Online documents obtained by the National Enquirer  state that the “marital relationship” had “broken down irretrievably for a period of at least six months immediately preceding.”

Also the exact outline for child support was outlined in the documents. Tom was ordered to pay $400,000 a year to cover daughter Suri’s “medical, dental, insurance, unreimbursed medical and dental, education, college, extracurricular and camp expenses.”  This will last till she turns 18.

Guess that’s nothing for the super star who is worth $250 million right?
