At the Longines event in Delhi yesterday, Aishwarya Rai-Bachchan made a stunning appearance: not only did she look great in her Dior gown, but she also looked like she had shed some of that much-talked-about weight. The reason for that may be that she has her eyes set on her Bollywood return soon! Here’s what she said:
In an interview with NDTV, Aishwarya discussed her weight, saying that it has never been an issue for her – if it was a problem, she would be hiding out. She was further asked about her fierce protection of Aaradhya, and Aishwarya said that it’s very instinctive – it’s not intentional that she wants to shield her from the media, but she automatically attempts to protect her if it looks like Aaradhya has become startled. But probably the most important thing she said was that she’s finally going to get back into the Bollywood scene:
“I am finally reading scripts. There are several offers but I’m slowly getting around to reading scripts now.”
Rejoice, Ash fans – you’ll finally be able to see her on the big screen again! 🙂
