She Creates Change is a women’s empowerment company founded three years ago by an Indian American woman named Suparna Bhasin. Grounded in the belief that she has been called to do this work in India, Shrooti Singh is bringing She Creates Change Jumpstart to the women of Mumbai and cannot wait to become a part of the movement in India. She Creates Change Mumbai educates women on how to best manage their life both personally and professionally and discover what it takes to create a life based on their authentic self.

Whether they are women in the work force, stay at home moms, college students, or housewives, they are longing for purpose and a life of fulfillment which balances health, relationships, work, and spirituality.
In a land known for yoga, mahapurushs, tapasya, and spirituality, somehow – ironically – we have lost our way. In this city where so many are in survival mode (no matter how much you make, even crossing the street can be a struggle to simply SURVIVE), very little time is made to question and consider what it is that you truly want for yourself and your life. Some women have even expressed that faith is coming from a place of fear (Please God let this happen or else ____).

We have been wired to think that in order to get ahead, we need to speed up. Actually, we need to SLOW DOWN. Making positive change in your life requires commitment, patience, and deep self-inquiry, which is precisely what we support you in doing at She Creates Change Mumbai.
A She of She Creates Change Mumbai is a woman who is yearning to know more about her life purpose and connection to herself as well as to the world. Intellectually, the women I meet know the positive impact of mind, body, and soul self-care, but very few are integrating this knowledge into their everyday lives. We are here to empower women to do just that.
She Creates Change is more than just a women’s empowerment company – it is a global MOVEMENT. Founded three years ago by an Indian-American woman Suparna Bhasin in NYC, 250+ women have been through, or are currently going through, the She Creates Change Jumpstart program in the States. This 14 week program guides women through our 12 principled process using the She Creates Change curriculum. What women get from the program is a proven process, a trained facilitator, and community, as the same groups of 8 to 12 women go through the program together. This movement is a chain reaction that has found its way to Mumbai: one woman turns her life around through our work, and ten more are in line to do the same.
My own journey to She Creates Change Mumbai began as a client in NYC. When I first met Suparna, I knew I wanted to work on two areas of my life the most: Career and Relationships. What happened after that felt like MAGIC. By the end of the program, I was engaged and had also found my true calling to guide women towards positive transformation through self-discovery and, more importantly, self-LOVE. I discovered that I have a natural gift which needs to be honored and the way to do it is to empower other women to honor their gifts.
My strong belief in this work combined with Suparna’s belief in me is really the driving force for bringing She Creates Change to Mumbai. It brings me immense joy to know that I am a part of the global movement: the movement of change, of living a full life, of spirituality, of discovering one’s own gifts, of honouring one’s beliefs, of being in touch with one’s needs and values, and of being driven by love.
As an Indian-American, it is especially meaningful for me to be launching She Creates Change Mumbai. While growing up, I visited India frequently and always felt so alive, happy, and most in my element here. I am grounded in the belief that I am meant to be doing this important work in India, and specifically, in Mumbai.
