RIP Jaspal Bhatti – Thank You for the Laughs

Comedian Jaspal Bhatti, who was one of the reasons growing up in the 90s was fun in India, died in a car accident near Jalandhar last night. He was travelling for promotions of his new Punjabi film ’Power Cut’. His son, Jasraj Bhatti, was injured in the car crash that killed his father.
His satirical take on the problems of the aam aadmi is the reason people used to follow his shows like Flop Show, Ulta Pulta and Nonsense Private Limited. One of our avid readers sent us a link to this really funny episode from Flop Show:
