Remember Something About The Way You Smile (Sa Ni Dha Pa)? You’re humming it in your head right now, aren’t you? Some things are hard to forget. And the Colonial Cousins are one such band. After 10 long years, they launched their brand new album Once More. And yes, they made sure everyone knew about it!

Belting out their brand new single Kaise Samjhaye, while hoisted on a 40 foot canter, driving down Carter Road – yup, they were hard to ignore. But we aren’t complaining. The song was upbeat, fresh and definitely worth a second listen (maybe even a third)! All the while, they were shooting the official music video for the track, real-time. If you ask me, that’s pretty freakin’ cool!

Why the whole shebang of a launch? Says Hariharan, “We are very excited about the album, and were even more excited about this launch. It’s great to be doing something different and we’re going to experience this for the first time”, while Lesle added, “We really wanted our fans to be part of the music video and we did it for the people by the people.’ Worth the wait? According to MD of Universal Music India & SAARC, Devraj Sanyal, ‘This album is one that we think will break all records of the past simply because the music is incredible and in the now.’
