For those of you that don’t hang on to Poontang Poonam Pandey‘s every last tweet (*hmmph*), today the aspiring starlet revealed the first poster from her upcoming debut movie, Nasha. According to producer Aditya Bhatia, the movie will be a classy, adults only affair. In his own laughable words:
“We are making a classy film. [Director] Amit [Saxena] has directed Jism earlier with Bipasha Basu and John Abraham and shown the stuff he has been made of. Poonam’s growing cult status is an important facet that we cannot overlook. Adult movies are doing well in the cinemas today and we are making movies for the big screen andNasha will show the world that India can also make bold cinema that is still classy.”
Perhaps the only statement that could top this comedy is director Amit Saxena’s equally mesmerizing quote:
“Nasha is a cult title. Till date no feature film with just the word Nasha has been made in the world.”
BRAVO Amit, BRAVO! You are a truly cinema pioneer! Needless to say, we await the first promos with baited breath…
