Entitled Shimmering Sand, Gangji drew inspiration from the book The Sound of Waves by Japanese author Yukio Mishima. Expect to see  flowing gowns with trains, and saris with paired with bikini blouses. The men’s line consists of Indian wear with a contemporary twist in the form of pathani’s, jackets, bandhgala’s, and accessories like sandals and jute bags.

Says Riyaz of his collection: “We, being known for regularly executing enormous amounts of destination & beach wedding outfits, continue to do the same for the Resort Fashion Week. These weddings are in vogue today & the collection is specifically designed keeping in mind the aesthetics of mixing glamour with wear ability  We have used gold prominently elaborating splash of earthy colours. Gowns and dresses dominate for women whereas linen is the mainstay for men’s ensembles. We are putting a completely different face of this brand and look forward to everyone’s response!”
