Does adrenaline run in your blood? Love that sense of thrill? Well here’s something exciting… Kolad, a sleepy village outside Mumbai, is hosting Asia’s first ever mud run on February 9th!
So what exactly is a mud run? It’s an all-terrain marathon style run that covers about 7 kms, with plenty of obstacles along the way. The course has been especially designed by the Indian Special Forces from Z – Bac. The obstacles include 30-foot stacks of hay, water bodies, barrier walls, 100 feet stretches of tires, 45 degree hills, fire, ice and of course… mud. Talk about getting down and dirty!
And the action doesn’t end with the endurance course. Post the race there’s an exciting after party featuring international DJs, and a recreational arena where you can sample some great food, sip wine, and enjoy the music.
