What’s the Scene Between Amrita Rao & Amitabh Bachchan?

Bollywood cutie Amrita Rao has been missing from the silver screen for some time now. She appeared in no films through all of 2012, but this year looks promising with three films lined up.

The latest news is that Amrita has been signed on to play Amitabh Bachchan‘s daughter-in-law in Prakash Jha‘s Satyagraha, which is currently being shot in Bhopal. The film has a stellar cast in the form of Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor, Arjun Rampal and Manoj Bajpayee.

And if playing Big B’s daughter-in-law in not enough, Amrita will also be seen in Sunny Deol’s Singh Saheb the Great and Jolly LLB, this year!

Says Amrita, “I’m extremely happy to act alongside Mr. Bachchan in Satyagraha and though I can’t reveal much about my role, I can say that Ninety-Nine percent of my scenes are with him. It’s a dream come true!”
