Saqib Saleem, Rhea Chakraborty and Ram Kapoor put in an appearance at Radio Mirchi to promote their film Mere Dad Ki Maruti, which released on Friday. The film has been receiving fairly decent reviews across the board, and business picked up in some circuits over the weekend.
Trade analyst Taran Adarsh claims that the Northern territories have done the best (expected, since the film is set in Chandigarh). In its opening weekend, the film collected between 4.25 cr and 4.50 cr nett, which is better than 3G‘s opening (3.53 cr) but less than Jolly LLB‘s (12.51 cr).
