I’ve already told you how much I love Wake Up Sid, so today when I got the chance to meet Ayan Mukerji at the trailer launch of Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, I couldn’t resist telling him this. His response? “Honestly, Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani is better.” That’s quite the challenge, Ayan, but after watching the trailer I can honestly say that we’re looking forward to a kicker. One of the greatest things about Wake Up Sid is how much attention Ayan paid to developing distinct yet relateable characters. Naina and Bunny look like interesting, quirky characters yet again so I can’t wait to see how Ranbir and Deepika play them. And I am already loving this Badtameez Dil song – so catchy, and what a great phrase!
