I kid you not. Hermès, the purveyor of all things super exclusive and ridiculously pricey, is currently selling a T-shirt at that cut price (which comes to about INR 50 lakh – no pressure there, aye?). Now of course you wanna see how it looks, so come this way… 😉
Crafted with an innovative lightweight dyed crocodile skin, the luxe T-shirt made its debut at Hermès’s menswear Spring/Summer 2013 show last summer. Choire Sicha of The Awl clocked one at the Hermès men’s store on Madison Avenue, and had the presence of mind to sneak in a picture of the price tag (photography is strictly banned at the store).
SO, who do you imagine making a beeline for this crocodile crew neck?
P.S. This is not the world’s most expensive T-shirt – that mantle belongs to this diamond-encrusted baby … 😉
