He’s done so many films, but Rishi Kapoor still manages to surprise – he dons an all-new look for Nikhil Advani‘s upcoming D-Day, and this is definitely like we’ve never seen him before. He plays a fictional character who is codenamed Goldman, and is a sinister fugitive in hiding. We’re told, however, that Rishi Kapoor wasn’t convinced at all that he could play this role. Here’s what he said!
Says Rishi Kapoor, “Although Nikhil, like so many others, has been blown away by Rauf Lala in Agneepath, I was not convinced that I could pull off this particular role. Like Duggal, Lala, this was going to be a first for me. We did a look test not so that the director would be convinced, but so I could get into the skin of the character.”
