More and more, we’re seeing the new crop of Bollywood actors ditching their clean-shaven, chocolate boy good looks to don a much grungier image for upcoming films. Sidharth Malhotra is the most recent one to join the list; he will be sporting scruff in The Villain, his film with Ekta Kapoor that he will be working on in the coming months. He’s not the only one, though – actors like Aditya Roy Kapur and Arjun Kapoor have donned this look for Aashiqui 2 and Aurangzeb respectively, while Imran Khan, Shahid Kapoor, Ranbir Kapoor and Ranveer Singh will show off their scruff for upcoming films.
