Ritu Kumar unveiled her Bhutan inspired collection at The Royal Textile Academy inauguration in Thimphu (the capital of Bhutan). The show was was attended by the Royal Family of Bhutan and many dignitaries.
Drawing inspiration from Bhutanese Tangkhas, prayer flags and handloomed weaves, the collection is a perfect blend of contemporary design, mixed with ancient techniques.
We can’t wait to see more of this collection – it’s exquisite!
