Looks like Katrina Kaif sure likes getting mentored by the Khans! She has gone on record often to talk about how much Salman Khan helped her, saying that his advice has always been “invaluable” and “very useful.” Then, of course, working with Shah Rukh Khan was quite the learning experience and he was responsible for cheering her up post the release of Jab Tak Hai Jaan. Now, it seems, the actor has turned to another Khan for some advice – none other than her co-star Aamir, with whom she is working with for Dhoom 3.
We’re told that Aamir has become quite protective of Katrina, even going so far as to become her 3am phone friend to motivate her. Recently, she was feeling quite low about not having a film release this year – it’s unlikely that Dhoom 3 will make its targeted December release date – and Aamir was the one to call her and assure her that it would work to her benefit. They have also exchanged ideas on how she should promote herself during Dhoom 3, and Aamir even invited her to a screening of Ship of Theseus and his subsequent house party.
