Actress Karishma Kapoor was the belle of the ball at the launch of Gautam Ghanasingh’s new couture jewelry collection designed by Maheka Mirpuri. Dressed in an elegant saree and dripping with enormous emeralds, Karishma looked every inch a royal princess.
Inspired by the 108 year old legacy of Ghanasingh, Gautam and Maheka presented iconic jewels fashioned from Burmese rubies, South Sea pearls, uncut diamonds, cabachon emeralds and hammered gold.
Of course, a number of Mumbai’s glitterati were spotted at the launch and among them were Pooja Bedi, Deepti Bhatnagar, Madhoo Shah, Poonam Dhillon, Rashmi Uday Singh, Monica Vaziralli, Dilip Vengsarkar and Arzan Khambatta.
