While Katrina Kaif and Salman Khan may have secured this top spot in the past, it looks like someone else has taken over. According to statistics, the most searched Indian celebrity on the Internet – using data from Google, YouTube and Times of India – is Sunny Leone!
Data for the month of June shows that Sunny has been searched for 3.5 crore times. She’s followed by Katrina and Kareena, who both have less than half that amount each – 1.15 crore searches. Salman remains the only guy in the top 5 list, having been searched a total of 1.14 crore times. The rest of the top ten includes names like Aishwarya Rai, Akshay Kumar, Deepika Padukone, Ranbir Kapoor, Aamir Khan and Anushka Sharma.
