While we’ve all been busy ogling at Ranveer Singh‘s chiseled body, it seems like the actor has been in great distress. He had contracted an infection and was running a high fever during the Durgapur shoot of Gunday, but since he wanted to ensure that no delays were caused because of him, he weathered through the schedule. However, upon returning to Mumbai, Ranveer was diagnosed with a severe case of dengue and was admitted to a suburban hospital to recover.
Hospital sources have expressed their surprise that the actor continued to work despite his severe condition, but are now working to ensure that he makes a full recovery. Unfortunately, it is not known as of yet how long he’ll need to recuperate, but word has it that he’s in a positive state of mind.
Here’s hoping that Ranveer feels better very soon. We’re looking forward to seeing him back in action!
