So when I saw Salman Khan‘s tweets yesterday about Range Rover and how they have “no concept of customer service,” I couldn’t help but laugh out loud. You guys, we live in a world where even Salman Khan has to take to Twitter to rant about a brand just to get their attention. Can you even imagine?!

As for the brand itself, Mirror did a piece this morning about how a company official claimed Salman reacted on Twitter instead of contacting them, and feels “he can make a hue and cry since he’s a big celebrity.” The official also went on to say that the problem was a normal occurrence and Salman would get his car back in a few days, provided they get all the parts on time to fix it.

From the report, he sounded fairly nonchalant about it, but I’m gonna go ahead and guess that the PR folks handling the brand are not pleased – after all, Salman trends on Twitter when he just tweets a simple “Hi,” so you know, this can’t be a fun backlash to deal with.

Also, he ended up taking a rickshaw, really?! Kinda would love to see that rickshawwala‘s face right now…
