A whole bunch of Bollywood divas went all out to show their support towards the girl child by attending this initiative by NDTV called ‘Our Girls Our Pride’. Through this initiative, over 2000 girls will get educated by the Pratham India organisation. Bollywood’s leading ladies such as Kajol, Alia Bhatt, Anushka Sharma, Karisma Kapoor put in an appearance, while Priyanka Chopra was a fantastic host. While we are admiring how lovely these Bollywood ladies looked, we must take a moment to understand this unique campaign that highlights the sorry state of the girl child in India.
