Early this morning, Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna were spotted at Mumbai airport, returning from a trip to Casablanca. We’re told that the couple had gone for a holiday, and seeing as how Akshay has a busy year coming up, it’s good that they took some time off. Next year, Akshay will have Holiday, It’s Entertainment and Gabbar out in theatres. Plus, he will begin working on Namastey London 2 and both Prabhudheva and Neeraj Pandey‘s next films, all three of which are slated to release in 2015.
What do you think of Twinkle’s airport style? The super stylish lady was spotted clashing prints with a striped blouse and a black and white cardigan, which she accessorised with a thick black scarf, black UGG boots and a Goyard bag. Now, UGG boots are considered to be a strict no-no by many fashion folk and I can’t say that I’m a fan of them either, but the muted colour is kind of nice. After all, who wouldn’t want to be comfortable while travelling?
Her outfit is all well and good, but what I really have my eye on is that Louis Vuitton suitcase…
Psst! What do you think about Akshay’s stubble? He’s actually growing his hair and beard for Gabbar. They begin shooting at the end of January, and Akshay has been given just over a month to get his look right for this role. Word has it that he will be starring opposite Shruti Haasan in this one, although the female lead is yet to be confirmed. It was earlier supposed to be Shraddha Kapoor, but due to date issues, the producers had to ask her to opt out of the film.
